PRODUCT + London Delft Tableware

Just received an email promotion, nothing unusual there I hear you say, with the Credit Crunch every Tom, Dick and Harry is trying to sell you something. Well this is an exception; Lovegrove & Repucci have what has to be the best Delft Tableware around, London and New York street themed blue Delft graphic prints applied to White Porcelain, lovely jubbly! I think I just might part with my hard earned cash and buy myself the London Delft Tableware $100 five piece place setting.

E-commerce + Polyvore (a revolution in ecommerce)

"Nearly a decade has passed and the ecommerce experience has stagnated without reaching its full potential. Polyvore is a unique, easy-to-use web-based application for mixing and matching products from any online store. Items are pulled together into a visual set of products that can be shared with anyone. Each product within the set is then linked back to the online store where it is available for purchase." Polyvore. You're not wrong there luv, role on Web 3.0. I think we might be seeing a glimmer of future of e-Tail here?. Let's just hope they have timed it right to release their me-Tail offering, it would be a shame for this revolution to not come into power.

Book + NeoGeo

NeoGeo + A New Edge to Abstraction
"NeoGeo documents the new flirtation with geometrical forms and solid colours in today’s design. The examples in the book make it clear that this current trend to abstract work is not a nostalgic phenomenon; rather, it borrows from illustration, collage, typography and computer art to create a whole new visual language". Bloody hell, arty-farty synopsis... That aside this book has some really nice work featured under it's cover. Check it out at Die Gestalten Verlag
