Floppy Disk! What's that? says all the young un's out there... well before Facebook, CDs and DVDs around the time of Cassette Tapes, Yeah! before iPods etc there was a data storage device called a Floppy Disk. Now re-born as a recordable compact discs shaped like a 3.5'' floppy disk with the storage space of 200 MB, it won't be long before we have a 'Digital Retro Revolution'. Cicatriz Clothing's website features a really cool integrated web shop developed in Flash, (Flash! a bit like Marmite these days, you either love it or hate it in this case I'm loving it) anyway back to the website... using Flash with a lo-fi video interface to showcase Cicatriz Clothing's summer collection, nice! Oh and there is some humor in there to.

VIDEO On the Tube

I stumbled across this 'Minority Report' style Video Billboard (introduced by advertising giant Viacom Outdoor) on the London Underground last week (Victoria Line, Southbound Platform). They'll be scanning our eyeballs next, "Good morning Mr Smith, Have you tried the new Flame Grilled Whopper?". All we need now is someone to spend a little money on doing some descent advertising to project on it, the running Giraffe was not doing it for me.
